By enrolling in Ramziya Quran or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are enrolling a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.
Services Provided
Ramziya Quran provides online Quranic education including live classes, learning materials, progress tracking, and certification upon course completion. Services are delivered via our online platform and require a stable internet connection.
Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment or approval of a scholarship application. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to new enrollments. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of first payment.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain Islamic adab (etiquette) during all sessions, respect teachers and fellow students, attend scheduled classes punctually, and complete assigned practice. Inappropriate behavior may result in suspension without refund.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, and curriculum content are the intellectual property of Ramziya Quran. Students may use materials for personal study only. Redistribution, recording, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Ramziya Quran strives to provide excellent education but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as Hifz completion timelines or Ijazah qualification. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms, course offerings, and pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
